Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Nobira, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Last updated October 24, 2026

1. Your account

  • Use a valid email address that belongs to you.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account.
  • You may keep more than one CV, up to the limit shown in the app.

2. Your CV content

Everything you write and upload remains yours. We only store and process it to run the service, for example to generate PDFs. Make sure your CV is accurate and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

3. Templates

You may use the templates freely for your own CVs, including job applications. Templates may not be resold or distributed as a standalone product.

4. AI features

AI features run on your own Groq or OpenRouter API key, so costs and quotas follow your account with that provider, as do its usage terms. AI output can be wrong; review every sentence before using it. You remain responsible for the CV content you send.

5. Prohibited use

  • Using the service for fraud, fake identities, or unlawful content.
  • Attempting to break into, overload, or automatically scrape the service.
  • Creating accounts in bulk to abuse quotas.

6. Service availability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running and secure, but cannot guarantee it is always available or error-free. Keep PDF copies of the CVs that matter to you.

We also do not guarantee that a CV made here will lead to interviews or job offers; hiring decisions rest entirely with employers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operators of Nobira are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service, including data loss caused by third-party outages.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the profile menu → Edit profile. Accounts that break these terms may be deactivated by an admin.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated; the date above marks the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept that version.
